Dr. Fu Heliang, Chairman of the Company, is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has led the development of multiple pioneering projects, including the world's first Class 1 new drug—Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection—as well as the national Class 1 new drugs Ainuovirine Tablets and Aitribond Tablets, bringing extensive experience in novel drug development.

Under the leadership of Dr. Fu Heliang, the Company has assembled an R&D team comprised of seasoned industry experts with deep expertise and extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical preparations, clinical medicine, clinical pharmacology, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, and pharmaceutical engineering. This team is well-equipped to meet the technical demands of the entire drug R&D chain.
